"Some days, doing 'the best we can' may still fall short of what we would like to be able to do, but life isn't perfect on any front-and doing what we can with what we have is the most we should expect of ourselves or anyone else." – Mr. Rogers
This course is based on select material from our Self-Care and A Pathway for Resilience: Growth Mindset modules within our Positive Psychology Certificate.
There are five lessons in this course, each taking between one and two hours. This special edition of our course is uninstructed so you can work at your own pace and spend more time on the sections that are most relevant to you. The course includes relevant videos, readings and reflections which could contribute to the ability to thrive and flourish during difficult times.
“Taking care of yourself doesn’t mean me first, it means me too.” – L.R. Knost
There are no assessments in this course. This course is designed to provide you with the knowledge and skills to enhance your well-being and the scientific evidence behind these interventions.
Note: Certificates of completion will not be provided, as we have removed all of the assessments throughout the course. This module was designed to assist participants through difficult times and we wanted to ensure the material was available to everyone.
