Advance your career while continuing to work in Wilfrid Laurier University's Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Paramedicine, the first program of its kind in Canada. Designed for college-credentialed paramedics, this part-time, fully online program recognizes prior learning with a minimum of 10.0 transfer credits and is taught by instructors with over 30 years of professional experience.
Though not a clinical entry-to-practice pathway, this interdisciplinary program builds transferable skills for promotion within paramedicine, transition to a related field, or graduate studies. You'll learn alongside a diverse, experienced student body that enriches the learning environment, with options and minors including Psychology, Sociology and Leadership.

The program consists of 10.0 Laurier credits, where admitted students will be granted a minimum of 10.0 transfer credits towards the Paramedicine program in recognition of prior education and work experience.

When you apply to Laurier you’ll be automatically assessed for entrance scholarships (based on your final admission average) and for in-course scholarships in your upper years (based on your Laurier GPA from the previous academic year).
