Being a Golden Hawk means more than just cheering on our (really good) varsity teams – it means being a student who cares about your community, who works hard in the classroom, and who takes advantage of all the learning opportunities that can happen outside the classroom, too.

Religion and Culture (BA)

Laurier’s Religion and Culture program provides you with insights to, and an understanding of, what connects individuals and communities around the world through the exploration of their religion, spirituality or secular forms of the sacred.

The program provides an appreciation of the different meanings found in individual lives; builds the critical skills and knowledge you need to become a changemaker in the world; and enhances your global communication and understanding. You’ll obtain the foundations of social entrepreneurship through an understanding of what individuals and communities believe and what motivates their beliefs and practices.
