At Wilfrid Laurier University, you can add a direct-entry Management Minor to your degree and gain practical business and leadership skills — from your first year.

What is a Direct-Entry Management Minor?

    • Start preparing for a career in business from your first year.
    • Combine your minor with any Arts, Science, Music or Economics degree.
    • Learn foundational concepts in management, strategy and decision-making.

"The experiential learning requirement in Laurier's Bachelor of Kinesiology (BKin) program is a critical way for students to gain hands-on experience within the field and develop a sense of what they would like to pursue. Taking part in experiential learning opportunities allowed me to discover my passions and interests."

Yvonne Chen (BKin '26), Kinesiology with Management Minor
