Music Therapy uses music to address physical, emotional, intellectual or learning challenges. You’ll see first-hand the impact music therapy has on developing a client's potential abilities and enhancing their quality of life.
In Laurier's Music Therapy program, you'll participate in supervised group and individual placements with a diverse set of clients, including those with learning disabilities, autism, special needs, adolescents and geriatrics.

Must be registered in Laurier’s Bachelor of Music or Bachelor of Music in Community Music.
Must complete the following courses:
Must have high standing in Laurier Music and Psychology courses and strong interpersonal skills.
Admission requirements also include an interview with the music therapy coordinator and an audition.
