Notice: Missing Student Eli Wood

Wilfrid Laurier University student, Eli Wood, 25, has been missing since October 19, 2025. We recognize that his disappearance has been very difficult for our Laurier community. We are concerned about Eli’s wellbeing and hope Eli is soon found safe.

Laurier continues to work closely with Waterloo Regional Police (WRPS) during this ongoing investigation.

Today, Waterloo Regional Police Service shared a message and a message from Eli’s family. We echo the message to trust official updates and refrain from spreading speculation.
