Wilfrid Laurier University students know that giving blood offers a golden opportunity to help their community.
Laurier’s Graduate Students’ Association will host a blood donor clinic on March 17 from 2 to 7 p.m. at Canadian Blood Services’ Waterloo clinic, located at 94 Bridgeport Rd. E. Donors can book an appointment online and use the university’s pledge ID, WILF001529, to have their donation counted toward Laurier’s pledge goal. All members of the Laurier community are invited to donate.
Laurier is proud to support Canadian Blood Services’ Partners for Life program. Each year, Laurier makes a pledge of blood donations as part of the program. Laurier has pledged 450 units of blood for 2022. To date this year, Laurier donors have contributed 92 units of blood.
