Cancellations received the business day before the start of any an in-person, remote or online workshop or course are eligible for a credit minus a 35% administrative fee. You can also transfer the registration to a colleague by emailing their name and email address to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Cancellations or non-attendance on the day of an in-person or remote workshop or course are not eligible for a refund, credit or transfer. There are no refunds, cancellations or transfers for online courses after the start date.
The Professional Development program may need to cancel a workshop or course due to inclement weather, low enrolment or instructor illness/emergency. If possible, we will do our best to reschedule the date. If you cannot attend on that date, you will be eligible for a full refund.
