Join us for an Alexander Technique workshop with Susan Sinclair and Daniel Cabena! 

This three-hour workshop will be an introduction to the Alexander Technique and a chance to put its principles into action. We will explore how the Alexander Technique can help us to recover ease and freedom of movement in our playing, singing and teaching so that we can do our musical work safely and sustainably. This workshop will be led by Susan Sinclair, assisted by Daniel Cabena and trainees from Sinclair Studio.
