The Faculty of Music is host to a variety of events, including more than 100 publicly available concerts, recitals, guest workshops, and other community events. Home to the Maureen Forrester Recital Hall, and the Theatre Auditorium, our performance halls host thousands of guests each year.
Our Events Calendar is a one-stop shop for tickets, events, upcoming performances and even information about our performance halls.
You can also engage with our ensembles and faculty performances from the comfort of your home by streaming past concerts on our Faculty of Music YouTube channel.

We provide a variety of service and engagement opportunities for the community. You can hire a student musician or group to perform, book a student-led music therapy session, or participate in the Arts Express Summer Camp. For additional services or if you have questions, contact choosemusic@wlu.ca.
At Laurier’s Faculty of Music, you’re part of a family of faculty, students and staff who are passionate about your success.
Note: Our audition process has now been moved to video submission only. For audition questions, contact musicauditions@wlu.ca.
The Laurier Conservatory houses our non-curricular and community-based programming, such as music lessons or specialized workshops. For upcoming concerts of these programs, check out our concerts and events page.
The Making Space for Music campaign will transform our current facilities into vastly improved spaces for practicing, rehearsing and performing – providing more opportunities for music students to develop their craft and enabling the public to play a greater part in Laurier’s music programming.
