I am a composer, conductor and pianist based in Toronto. I work with a variety of musical mediums such as opera, chamber and orchestral groups, and electronics. I graduated with a Masters Degree in composition from the University of Toronto in 2012. I am a Co-Founder and executive Director at ICOT, a Teaching Artist with the Canadian Opera Company, and also the Music Director at the Peterborough Concert Band.
My works have been performed and published across the globe, including appearances in conservatory method books and syllabi in both Canada and the United Kingdom. In 2022, I received my first Juno Awards nomination in the “Classical Composition of the Year” Category for my song cycle “Breathing in the Shadows”.
I am a member of the Canadian League of Composers, Associate Composer at the Canadian Music Centre, and a SOCAN member.
