Michael is a 4th year music student in the SDS program with a focus in conducting. His main instrument is the Tuba and in this concert, Michael will be conducting “Perthshire Majesty” by Samuel R. Hazo and “Kirkpatrick’s Muse” by Jay Bocook.
The President and co-founder of Orchestral Winds Laurier, Alyssa is a 4th year music student in the SDS program with the goal of becoming a teacher. Her main instrument is the Saxophone, and in this concert, you will see Alyssa conduct “Loch Lomond” by Frank Tichelli, and “Chanteys” by Robert Sheldon.
The Vice-President and co-founder of Orchestral Winds Laurier, Adrianna is a 4th year music student with a focus in music education. Her main instrument is the French Horn, and in this concert, Adrianna will conduct “The Nature of Trees” by Cait Nishimura.
Chris is a 4th year music student in the SDS program focusing on composition and performance. His main instrument is the Euphonium and in this concert, we will find him conducting “The Tempest” by Robert W. Smith.
Nick is a 4th year music student with his degree focusing in music education. His main instrument is the French horn, and in this concert, you will find him conducting “Three Ayres from Gloucester” by Hugh M. Stuart, arranged by Robert Longfield.
Owen is O.W.L.’s Brass Representative. He is a 3rd year music student focusing in music education and his main instrument is the Tuba. This concert, Owen will be conducting “Into the Clouds!” by Richard L. Saucedo.
