Please submit your request 12-16 weeks prior to your event using the President Event Request Form. For event requests less than 30 days in advance, contact Holly Kegel at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Upon review of your completed form, you will be notified of the status of your request within five business days.
Once you have received confirmation of the president's attendance, you will be asked to supply the following materials no later than 14 days prior to your event date. Send all materials via email to Holly Kegel at email@example.com.

- annotated event agenda
- seating chart and room layout
- While the president accepts the majority of invitations that are requested, declines to invitations due to calendar conflicts are possible. The president's office attempts to accommodate most requests that support the mission of the university and appreciates your patience with the president's complex calendar.
- Please be aware that changes to your event (i.e., start/end time, venue, speakers, etc.) may impact the president's availability. If you have changes, immediately contact Holly Kegel at firstname.lastname@example.org.
- If you plan to have a photographer document your event, please let us know ahead of time. We kindly ask that you share the photos with us within one week after your event.
