PhD in Management, Supply Chain, Operation and Technology Management
I chose to continue my doctoral studies at Laurier because the Lazaridis School of Business and Economics provided an exemplary academic environment during my master’s degree. The faculty’s expertise, the school’s research-driven environment, and its strengths in supply chain and analytics offered the intellectual depth and methodological grounding essential for pursuing advanced research. Building on that foundation, the Lazaridis School provides a uniquely supportive setting where doctoral students can engage closely with faculty, participate in active research communities, and grow their scholarship in meaningful ways—making it the ideal place for me to advance my research trajectory.
My research focuses on supply chain network structures, multi-tier supplier relationships, and coopetition dynamics. I am particularly interested in how firms navigate complex global supply networks and how competitive–collaborative interactions shape innovation outcomes, efficiency, and network resilience. My work integrates network science, empirical modelling, and supply chain theory to better understand how firms optimize their strategic positions within interconnected supply ecosystems.
My long-term goal is to pursue an academic faculty position in supply chain management, contributing to both research and graduate-level teaching. I aim to develop research that bridges theoretical insights with practical industry challenges, helping organizations design supply chain systems that are more resilient, efficient, and sustainable.
