Professional Development School Board Placement Form
Teacher education candidates (TEC) must complete this form to submit their Professional Development School (PDS) placement preference.
Placements will be made over the summer and you will be notified of your placement no later than August 1, 2018.
The information students provide in this form will be held in the strictest confidence and is gathered by the Faculty of Education to best match your needs in the placement process. Laurier is not responsible for transportation, but we do try to meet TEC requests based on program needs, school needs and the available PDS sites.
