If you are a person of Aboriginal heritage, a person of visible minority, or a person with a disability, and wish to apply for an equity admission place in Laurier’s Bachelor of Education program, complete this form no later than Dec. 9, 2016 at 4:30 p.m.

Applicants who are eligible for services through the Accessible Learning Centre are encouraged to contact that office during the application process. Accommodations requested within the professional development school site often require extensive time to review, determine and implement. The final decision on such accommodations rests with the partnering school board.
