Join us at Laurier

Becoming a Golden Hawk means more than just cheering on our (really good) varsity teams – it means being a student who cares about your community, who works hard in the classroom, and who takes advantage of all the learning opportunities that can happen outside the classroom, too.

The Program Evaluation certificate consists of 13 units. All units must be completed within the scheduled time of the program to obtain the certificate.

The Program Evaluation certificate follows a cohort model, with one cohort beginning each October.

Laurier Alumni, students, staff and faculty are eligible for a 10% discount on the Program Evaluation Certificate.  Contact the Office of Professional Development for further details.

United Way Sponsorship Opportunity

Through partnership with United Way Waterloo Region Communities, 2019/20 cohort participants are eligible to apply for a sponsorship opportunity.  There are six 50% sponsorship opportunities available.  The sponsorship is deducted from the early bird rate, therefore successful applicants will be required to pay $750 to enrol in the program.

Interested participants are required to contact the Office of Professional Development for more details at

If you are applying for the sponsorship opportunity, please do not register for the program until hearing about the status of your application.  Applying for the United Way sponsorship opportunity will automatically secure you a spot in the program at the early bird discount rate.  Successful applicants will be given instructions on how to apply at the sponsorship rate ($750) and unsuccessful applicants will be given instructions on how to apply at the early bird rate ($1500).
