Becoming a Golden Hawk means more than just cheering on our (really good) varsity teams – it means being a student who cares about your community, who works hard in the classroom, and who takes advantage of all the learning opportunities that can happen outside the classroom, too.

Complete this entry form to apply for the Edna Staebler Award for Creative Non-Fiction. Complete separate forms for every title that you are submitting.

After you have submitted this form, you are required to complete the following instructions:

  1. Save and print a copy of your entry form by copying and pasting the content of your entry form into a Word document. You must include a copy of this application with the literary submission of your entry form.
  2. Submit copies of the publication. If the entry is available in both print and ebook format, provide six print copies only. Entries are not returnable.

For print books, send six copies of the published book along with a printed copy of your entry form to:
