Sophie is turning 29, and we are celebrating! Part circus spectacle, part comedy mayhem, and all-out 90s nostalgia, this show features world-class performers from Cirque du Soleil, La Clique, The 7 Fingers, and more. Expect breathtaking acrobatics, outrageous surprises, and a soundtrack that takes you straight back to the house parties that you never wanted to end. And there's a twist - each night, one lucky guest is chosen to become Sophie. So put on your gladrags, dust off those scrunchies, and act like it's your party because tonight, it might be!

7 acrobats and 30 metres of rope. Long spools of white rope run through industrial pulleys and wrap around bodies, connecting the artists? movements on the ground and in the air. The actions of one acrobat affect and implicate the movements of others in a mesmerizing negotiation of cause and effect. By a Thread weaves virtuosic acrobatics and intricate choreography through moments of confusion, hilarity, romance, playfulness, fear, and friendship, uncovering the threads of connection present in all relationships. More than mere bodies in space, By a Thread is an exploration of trust and risk six metres above the ground.

Backed by stellar musicians, her performance takes listeners on a journey while sharing her compelling story through her original songs. Listeners will be captivated by her ability to touch their hearts with her message which is universal while still being very personal.

What You Won’t Do for Love

Experience a special evening with internationally renowned environmentalists David Suzuki and Tara Cullis in What You Won’t Do for Love, a unique and intimate theatre experience that asks whether the love we have for each other can inspire us to take action for the planet. Actors and real-life couple Miriam Fernandes and Sturla Alvsvaag navigate a poetic and playful dialogue on stage with David and Tara, who have been a couple for 5 decades.

Kuné

Kuné is an eleven-piece collective made up of ten immigrant musicians from all over the world and one Metis-Canadian. Their sound captures the experience of living in Toronto, the world’s most diverse city. Through music, they remember where they came from and envision a pluralistic future. On stage, Kuné fuses 11 musical traditions and 25 instruments into an ear-spinning confection of leaping melodies and luscious timbres.
