Becoming a Golden Hawk means more than just cheering on our (really good) varsity teams – it means being a student who cares about your community, who works hard in the classroom, and who takes advantage of all the learning opportunities that can happen outside the classroom, too.

Even if you're not 100% sure (yet!) that you'll call Laurier home, you definitely don’t want to miss out on anything that'll help you decide (and get an offer!). We'll only send you updates and insights you’ll actually want to read.
One big, happy family – that's the Laurier way across all our campuses: Waterloo, Brantford and (new for fall 2024!) Milton. Find out how each of our campuses are unique – and what ties them all together – so you can pick the one that’s best for you.
Lecture halls and classrooms, living arrangements and food options, workout spaces and lifestyle supports – it's all part of your Laurier experience, living and learning as a life-long Golden Hawk.
There’s no better way to see campus than through the eyes of a current student, so that’s exactly what you’re going to get on a Laurier tour.
At Laurier, we believe every student has a right to a resumé-worthy, hands-on education built on practical, interactive and values-driven opportunities. You’ll have so many chances to contribute and collaborate in the classroom, on campus and in the community that you’ll be more than prepared when it comes to interviewing for that dream job in a few years. Ready for an adventure?
University is no small investment, but we work hard to make sure you have everything you need to budget for this unforgettable life experience. From financial literacy training, to supports in finding a part-time job (on or off campus), to a wide range of scholarships and bursaries, you can go into first year confident that you’ll never be alone when it comes to figuring out your student finances.
You’re worth it.
After wrapping up her double major in Biology and Chemistry in spring 2022, Kristin Cobbett was one of only 13 undergraduate students from around the world selected to complete an intensive astronautics program. Next step towards space travel? US Navy flight school where Kristin will take to the skies as an F-35 fighter pilot.
