Please be advised that this upcoming Monday, September 7, 2026, the Waterloo campus will move from open access to controlled access for the day. The following buildings will remain unlocked from 7:00 am to 11:00 pm to support residence move-in activities:

• Arts A/C/E
• Bricker Academic
• Dr. Alvin Woods
• Dining Hall
• Frank Peters
• Fred Nichols Campus Centre
• Lazaridis Hall
• Schlegel
• Science
• Science Research 

Please note that for move-in days, Friday, September 4, Saturday, September 5 and Sunday, September 6, 2026, buildings will remain in open access.
