Bricker Residence Entrance Renovations - June 15 to August 28, 2026

Please note that from Monday, June 15 through to Friday, August 28, 2026 exterior façade renovations to Bricker Residence will be underway.

This work will include façade updates at both the main (south) entrance off Bricker Avenue and the back (north) entrance. As a result, the Bricker Avenue drop-off area in front of the main entrance will be closed to vehicles for the duration of the project.

Building access will be maintained throughout construction; however, pedestrian routes may be temporarily adjusted, and entry may be redirected to alternate entrances as required.

In addition, a small section of the adjacent Gold Permit Parking Lot 1 will be closed to accommodate construction staging.

We ask that you please follow and respect all signage and barriers that will be in place for this work.
