Residence Move In Parking Restrictions - Friday, August 29 to Sunday, August 31, 2025

Laurier will welcome more than 3,000 residence students starting this week, with move-in taking place in Waterloo Friday, August 29 to Sunday, August 31 from 9 a.m. - 5 p.m. and in Brantford on Sunday, August 31 from 8 a.m. - 5 p.m.  Specific building move-in times can be found at this link: Residence move-in schedule

Please expect increased activity and traffic in all parking areas in and around residence buildings during this time. To assist with traffic flow, there will be restricted access/ lot closures at some parking lots, and traffic will be designated one way in several areas. On the Waterloo campus, many Gold Permit Lots will be closed on Friday, August 29 for residence move-ins. All other permit parking areas will remain open to permit holders. Please refer to the interactive campus map for alternate parking locations.

Staff and volunteers will be on site to help assist with traffic flow. Thank you for your co-operation as we assist our incoming students with a safe transition to campus.
