Print | PDFBrantford Power will be performing an emergency shutdown at the corner of Market and Darling streets, Feb. 14.
The shutdown is required to facilitate some repairs on the electrical system in the downtown core.
The shutdown will affect the Market Darling Centre and possibly the Odeon building.
As a result of this work, all normal building power will be unavailable between approximately 4:30 and 6:30 p.m.
Emergency lighting, exit signage and fire protection systems are backed up via battery and will continue to function normally for the anticipated work window.
