Rima Khatib is an Assistant Professor in Business Technology Management at the Lazaridis School of Business & Economics, Wilfrid Laurier University. She has international and cross-cultural experience in teaching, mentoring, research, and academic services. Her research and teaching interests include management of information security, cybersecurity, and information systems.
Rima is interested in information security management and cyber security. Her ongoing research examines employee non-compliance with information security policies. She has examined the organizational factors and individual perceptions that are likely to cause employee non-compliance.
