I am a Lecturer in Operations and Decision Sciences at the Lazaridis School of Business and Economics, Wilfrid Laurier University. I am pursuing a PhD in Management Science & Engineering at the University of Waterloo. My doctoral research explores behavioral decision-making in human-AI interactions, with a particular interest in how emerging technologies influence managerial and operational decisions. I hold an MBA in International Business from the University of Dhaka and a BBA with a concentration in Marketing.
Prior to academia, I spent 15 years advancing operational excellence and process improvement initiatives for global brands across diverse industries, including automotive, manufacturing, transportation and logistics, retail, and consulting, in North America and the Asia-Pacific region.
