I am an assistant professor of Marketing at Wilfrid Laurier University. I hold a PhD from the Ivey Business School at Western University. Prior to completing my PhD, I held a variety of brand management and marketing leadership positions at top international firms including Procter & Gamble, Walmart, and Viacom International Media Networks.
My research uses consumer insights to help solve substantive issues that are important to marketing managers and policy makers. My current research is centered in the digital and platform economies, with a focus on how consumers and businesses use digital reputation systems, branding, and governance to establish trust and to deliver satisfying consumer experiences.
