I completed my PhD in accounting at the University of Wisconsin–Madison (2026) before joining the Accounting area at the Lazaridis School of Business and Economics.
My research examines how management control systems, compensation design, and informal controls shape employee behavior. I am particularly interested in understanding how organizations can design workplace policies that improve recruitment, motivation, honesty, and organizational performance.
