I spent 15 years in the technology sector working for BlackBerry, including more than ten years in product, project and program management. I lead product launches and strategic initiatives, which resulted in significant cost savings and improvements to customer out of box experiences.
I have also spent ten years teaching within the exchange program at the University of Waterloo and over five years teaching interpersonal communication at Laurier.
I earned an MBA from Laurier and an Honours BA from the University of Waterloo. I was sponsored to take an online course through Harvard Business School on Breakthrough Leadership.
