Kassandra Cortes is an assistant professor in the organizational behaviour/human resource management area at the Lazaridis School of Business and Economics. She recently completed a Ph.D. at the University of Waterloo in social psychology, and before that received a master's degree in social psychology from Wilfrid Laurier University. Her research broadly examines motivation, close relationships and personality in various contexts.
This research has been published in journals such as, Journal of Personality and Social Psychology, Journal of Experimental Social Psychology, Journal of Experimental Psychology and Journal of Personality.
Kassandra currently teaches micro and macro organizational behaviour.
