Becoming a Golden Hawk means more than just cheering on our (really good) varsity teams – it means being a student who cares about your community, who works hard in the classroom, and who takes advantage of all the learning opportunities that can happen outside the classroom, too.
I hold a Master’s degree in management control from the Université Paris-Dauphine and a Master of Science from Telecom Business School in France. I am currently a PhD Candidate in management accounting at HEC Montréal.
My research interests are diversified. I focus essentially on management accounting and control systems, performance management, and decision making. I have a special interest for creativity and cognition, and recently started working on criminality.
I am also a passionate teacher motivated by the transformation of my students into knowledgeable, responsible professionals. I strive for placing my students’ learning and growth at the heart of my teaching activities.

My current research projects investigate:
the influence of cognition on the use of management accounting systems to manage the performance of a creative organisation, Cirque du Soleil;
the implementation of eco-control systems in organisations;
