I received my PhD in Economics from the University of Guelph in 2017 and my MA. and BA in Economics from Ryerson University.
Prior to joining Laurier, I was an instructor at the University of Guelph.
My research focuses on the role of teams in the production process of firms and individual behavior. I have also investigated the impact of promotional incentives on individual efforts towards production. Another strand of research work is in pedagogy where I look at the impact of online assessment tools on student performance.
