Dorian Lane is a lecturer in Accounting at Wilfrid Laurier. She is a PhD candidate in Accounting at the University of Waterloo. She holds a Master of Business Administration degree and an Honours Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Wilfrid Laurier University. She also holds her CPA, CMA designation.
Her research interests relate to managing employee motivation and performance through control system design in multitask and team settings.
