I hold a PhD in Management (Finance) and an MBA from the Sprott School of Business at Carleton University. My doctoral research examined stock splits across three interrelated essays - investigating the governance and behavioural determinants of serial splitting, the learning consequences of repeated corporate actions, and the aggregate cyclical dynamics of split activity in U.S. equity markets. I have also worked as an Investment Analyst with the Government of Canada, bringing over seven years of applied financial analysis experience to my research and teaching.
