Join us at Laurier

Becoming a Golden Hawk means more than just cheering on our (really good) varsity teams – it means being a student who cares about your community, who works hard in the classroom, and who takes advantage of all the learning opportunities that can happen outside the classroom, too.

Join us Sunday, May 6 at 3 p.m. for Messiah in May, a benefit concert to support scholarships for current Laurier students. The concert will take place at St. Andrew’s Presbyterian Church. Admission is by donation.

The concert will be performed by alumni singers from all faculties and current Faculty of Music students.

Alumni conductors will include Emily Burnett, Martin Lacoste, Carolyn Neumann VanderBurgh, Howard Dyck and Sandra Horst.

About the Choir

The WLU Alumni Choir is open to all Laurier alumni who love to sing. Through personal donations and fundraising concerts, the members of the Choir, friends, and supporters fund two scholarships for Laurier students.
