Becoming a Golden Hawk means more than just cheering on our (really good) varsity teams – it means being a student who cares about your community, who works hard in the classroom, and who takes advantage of all the learning opportunities that can happen outside the classroom, too.

Laurier is proud to present Brass Bash, an opportunity for high school students to experience everything brass at the university's Faculty of Music.

This day will include a free concert (open to the public) featuring music from baroque to jazz with mixed brass ensembles, followed by individual masterclasses with our instructors focusing on group warm ups, exercises and tips for trumpet, french horn, trombone, euphonium and tuba.
