I am active as a teacher of piano and of advanced theory (Harmony, History, Counterpoint, Analysis), accompanist, conductor, composer and arranger.
I compose and arrange music for Anglican church services, as well as for various wind bands at the elementary grade level. My interests in piano repertoire center around twentieth century composers such as Debussy, Schoenberg, Messiaen and a number of American composers such as Leonard Bernstein, John Adams, Norman Dello Joio, Ned Rorem and George Antheil.
Teaching has always been something that has brought me great joy and to see students succeed provides such a great motivation for my own day-to-day work. I cannot wait to meet your child and show them just how proficient they can become on piano through lessons!
