I received my BA in political science and history from Brock University in 1981 and my BEd from Brock University in 1983. Prior to joining Laurier I had a career in education with the Lincoln County Board of Education, the Wellington County Board of Education, and for 32 years, the Waterloo Catholic District School Board. During that time, I held a variety of positions, including elementary teacher, secondary school guidance counsellor, secondary school department head, secondary school program manager, elementary school vice-principal, and for 17 years, elementary principal.
