I have a Doctorate in Education - focusing on leadership wellbeing. I have a post-graduate degree in Special Education. I also have two Master's of Science in Applied Neuroscience; another Speech and Language Pathology. I have a Master's in Arts in Administration, Supervision and Governance. I have a Bachelor's degree in Education, and an undergraduate degree in History and Geography.
I have a wide range of research interests including: International Education (especially gender equity in Ethiopia), topics of equity, diversity and inclusion and finally mental health aspects of learning, leadership and wellbeing.
