I am a language education researcher and a graduate of the University of Toronto, specializing in inclusive language policies in Creole-speaking and migration contexts. Prior to joining Laurier, I have been a teacher with the Toronto District School Board, and a postdoctoral fellow at Bishop’s University. I collaborate with the International Network of Language Friendly Schools, and my work focuses on educational accessibility and the promotion of minoritized and non-standardized languages. My work connects theory and practice as a researcher and teacher in Toronto.
