I have worked globally in industry, government, community, public and private sector roles as an interdisciplinary consultant, educator and scholar. My work has received recognition from the Ashoka Foundation (Changemaker Campus Designation), the Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business (AACSB) (Spotlight on Entrepreneurship 2017) and the Canadian Enterprise Awards (Best Entrepreneurship Promotion Service SWO; Most Influential Woman in Entrepreneurship SWO, 2017). Prior to becoming a professor, I had an approximately ten-year career in Information Technology.
I have taught leadership, ethics, research methods, social entrepreneurship, and development studies and collaborate with partners in Europe, Africa and Asia.
