Becoming a Golden Hawk means more than just cheering on our (really good) varsity teams – it means being a student who cares about your community, who works hard in the classroom, and who takes advantage of all the learning opportunities that can happen outside the classroom, too.

Christian Studies and Global Citizenship (BA)

Our Christian Studies and Global Citizenship program is offered through Waterloo Lutheran Seminary, a federated college of Wilfrid Laurier University. As a student in this program you’ll learn to think critically about your faith, the world and your place within it.

Our courses will provide you with essential skills, such as the ability to communicate effectively. Some of the many great outcomes of this program include a greater sense of social responsibility and spiritual awareness, an appreciation of diversity, and experience in serving the community.

This program equips you to pursue careers where you can integrate your spirituality, and/or worldview, into your life’s work.
