Being a Golden Hawk means more than just cheering on our (really good) varsity teams – it means being a student who cares about your community, who works hard in the classroom, and who takes advantage of all the learning opportunities that can happen outside the classroom, too.
The Lazaridis EMTM was created to address a gap in executive management education in Canada–the development of leaders specific to innovative enterprises.
This curriculum is based on three pillars required for the success of innovative companies: innovative capabilities, management knowledge and organizational health.
Our cohort-based program provides senior decision-makers the skills required to lead enterprises in today’s global economy. You will be able to immediately apply what you learn in class to your own organization.
The Lazaridis EMTM program consists of 23 in-person weekends over the course of 11 months. Each weekend includes a total of 12 in-class hours. Similar to other executive programs, you can expect to spend approximately 15 hours per week for work outside of class. The work may include additional readings and assignments and preparation of the year-end project. Dedicated time will differ from learner to learner.
