Holiday Shopping

Grant Packard, assistant professor of Marketing at Laurier’s Lazaridis School of Business & Economics, is an expert on the retail industry, online shopping, consumption and social media and online product reviews. Contact information: (cell) 416-985-4590 or gpackard@wlu.ca.

Brad Davis, associate professor of Marketing and Laurier chair in brand communication at Laurier’s Lazaridis School of Business & Economics, is an expert on marketing communications and branding. Chun (Martin) Qiu, assistant professor of Marketing at the Lazaridis School of Business & Economics, is an expert on retail. He is available to comment on holiday shopping activities, queuing, online shopping, store promotions, etc. Contact information: cqiu@wlu.ca.

Resolutions

Anne Wilson, professor in Laurier’s Department of Psychology, is an expert on self-identity and goal setting. She is available to comment on how people think about their past and future, how they set goals and why they succeed or fail at these goals. Wilson has also researched how landmarks, such as New Year’s Day, are symbolic turning points and how this can affect our motivation to make changes. Gift Giving

Donations

Justin Smith, associate professor of Economics at the Lazaridis School of Business & Economics, is an expert on charitable giving.
