“She had blue skin, and so did he. He kept it hid and so did she. They searched for blue their whole life through, then passed right by-and never knew.” –Shel Silverstein
I chose Laurier’s Brantford campus due to a lecture that a professor gave on my program during the March Break Open House. I had fully been intending to accept another University, but the passion and drive in his words truly spoke to me and I ended up accepting my offer to Laurier that night. As well, the small and tight-knit campus really reminded me of home, having grown up in several small towns. It gave me the feeling of being at home that I always wanted in a post-secondary atmosphere.
