Intercultural Training - SBE Teaching Assistants

The internationalized campus poses challenges to both faculty and students, because educational cultures differ greatly from country to country. When professors and students do not share an educational culture, divergent expectations of each otherís classroom communication can negatively affect learning. This session introduces participants to dimensions of intercultural communication and offers strategies for enhancing learning in the intercultural classroom and beyond.
