I received my PhD in Human Resource Management, York University in 2020. Prior to entering academia, I had more than 17 years of professional work experience in large and medium sized business organizations in North America and South Asia. I led human resources and learning and development functions of several business organizations. I teach courses of all major functions of human resource management and organizational behaviour.
