Lisa Ricci has been lecturing in the accounting area since 2013 whilst completing her Master's of Environment and Business at the University of Waterloo. She earned her CPA/CA designation at Ernst & Young in Toronto and went on to establish a consultancy in Waterloo serving a unique niche of creativity inspired entrepreneurs. And Then Sum empowers passionate entrepreneurs nationwide through Ricci’s collaborative approach to start-up strategy, business development, sustainability, and accounting.
