I am a business consultant specialized in supplier development. I help companies achieve efficiency goals and extract additional value from their supply chain. My expertise is in supplier development, suppliers strategic alignment, supplier performance measurement, strategic sourcing, supply base segmentation and optimization, quality operating system audits, production efficiency improvements, total quality, lean six sigma, and statistical process control. I work as a supplier technical assistance resident in Global Purchasing for Ford Motor Company.

Academic

I teach Operations Management (OM), Procurement, and Supply Chain Management (SCM). As an operations and supply chain management subject matter expert, I create, develop, teach and deliver professional development and academic courses. As the principal educational strategist of the Supply Chain Management Association (SCMA), I teach Strategic Supplier Development, Supply Chain Strategy, Strategic Sourcing, SCM, OM, Knowledge Management, SCM for the Public Sector, SC for Project Management, International Business, Ethics, Leadership, and Communications in the Supply Chain Management Professional designation program.

I am a member of the National Accreditation Review Panel at the Canadian Supply Chain Sector Council and I am the Chair of SCMA Instructors Development Education Committee.
