The following are professional development opportunities available to postdoctoral fellows in the Laurier community.
Depending on the qualifications and selection processes as outlined in the Wilfrid Laurier University Faculty Association Collective Agreement, some postdoctoral fellows may receive a Contract Teaching Faculty (CTF) appointment to teach a course. Consult your research supervisor and department chair for more information about CTF appointments.
ASPIRE is a professional skills development training program for graduate students and postdoctoral fellows at Laurier. ASPIRE provides a framework to help you craft an individualized, extracurricular learning plan tailored to your professional journey and entry to the workplace.
